This is to inform the general public that the College of Nursing Sciences, University of Uyo Teaching Hospital (UUTH), Uyo, Akwa Ibom State, has announced admission into its ND/HND Nursing programme for the 2026/2027 academic session.
Eligibility
Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates who meet the following requirements:
2. Candidates must have chosen the College of Nursing Sciences, UUTH, as their first choice in JAMB.
3. Applicants must be at least 16 years old by 30th November, 2026.
4. Candidates who completed a change of institution on the JAMB portal to the College of Nursing Sciences, UUTH, are also eligible to apply.
Required Subjects for UNIUYO Teaching Hospital 2026 ND/HND Nursing Admission
Candidates must possess credits in English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics in not more than two sittings in WAEC, GCE, SSCE or NECO.
Method of Application
Interested candidates are required to obtain the Post-UTME application form upon payment of a non-refundable application fee of N30,000.
Payment is to be made to the Bursary, College of Nursing Sciences, University of Uyo Teaching Hospital.
Candidates are expected to come with three coloured passport photographs, photocopies of their credentials and a printout of their JAMB score for the registration process.
Collection of the application form will commence on Monday, 5th October 2026 and close on Thursday, 22nd October 2026.
Post-UTME Screening Exercise
The Post-UTME screening examination is scheduled to hold on Saturday, 24th October 2026 at the College of Nursing Sciences, University of Uyo Teaching Hospital Auditorium.
The examination will commence by 9:00am.
Candidates are required to come with evidence of payment of the application fee, registration slip and JAMB printout for the examination.
