About JUPEB

The Joint Universities Preliminary Examinations Board (JUPEB) serves as a national examinations body established to enhance access to university education. The Federal Government of Nigeria approved its creation in December 2013, and by April 2014, a consortium of ten partnering universities, led by the University of Lagos, officially launched the board.

JUPEB directly conducts unified and standard examinations for students who have completed at least one year of approved Foundation or Diploma programmes at participating institutions. These students, after meeting academic requirements, can apply for Direct Entry admission into 200 Level courses across Nigerian universities and select foreign institutions.

As students prepare for the upcoming academic cycle, many are turning their attention to the 2025 JUPEB timetable. With the JUPEB timetable as a guide, students can track exam schedules, anticipate result release dates, and organize their academic journey more efficiently.
